The Savile Club is a private members club characterised by a welcoming and open ethos. It provides a licenced and dining venue for members and their guests and a venue for private events for both members and third parties.

  • Guests: who are hosted by members of The Savile Club

  • Suppliers: of goods and services providers and other suppliers: if you are an employee, representative and/or agent of our customers, service providers and other suppliers or individuals with whom we have a business relationship and/or manage on behalf of our members; and

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Where services are provided by third parties, we may forward your information to them in order to provide The Savile Club’s services. These services include but are not restricted to: external caterers and vintners, facilities managers, event organisers, musicians, artists, entertainers, writers and their agents and publishers, security managers including operators of CCTV services, accountancy services including our auditors and other providers of elections and meetings management services, external venues (such as hotels, churches, function rooms, concert halls and other similar business), lawyers and other professional advisers and consultants, Registrars for the purposes weddings and civil partnerships and celebrants for the purposes of funerals and memorial services.

Member Information between Members

In addition, and by long-standing convention within The Savile Club, we may forward personal details of club members to other members who make enquiry and we publish the names of members to other members by means of the membership list.

You may object to your data being shared with other members, and you may have your name removed from the membership list, by writing to the contact listed at the end of this Privacy Notice.

Third Party and Reciprocal Club Websites

Where, and if, the club uses third party suppliers you may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other third parties. We keep any such links to an absolute minimum and you will not encounter such links in regular use of the website, with the exception of links to reciprocal clubs.

Minors Policy

This site is not intended for use by people under the age of 18. The Savile Club does not knowingly collect Personal Information from people under the age of 18 with the exception of guests of members notified to us for the purposes of admission to the club.
